Body – Although it is something that physically limits us, we can grow in it by overcoming weaknesses and flaws.
Lightness – Allows you to fly your thoughts high and far away from hate, which is heavy and cold (like warm air rises over cold).
Fantasy – something that makes us see our lives differently, especially when things get hard and difficult. It helps to become light and love your “not” perfect body and see more opportunities than obstacles. It helps the mind to open up to joy and new experiences.
